Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan is free forever with no payment information required. You only need a card when upgrading to a paid plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. On downgrade, excess monitors are paused and limits are adjusted automatically.

Are all monitoring types available on every plan?

Yes — HTTP, Ping, Port, PulseBeat, and Cron monitors are available on every plan including Free. The only differences between plans are monitor count, check frequency, status pages, and team access.

What happens if my payment fails?

You get a 3-day grace period. During that window your monitors continue running normally. After the grace period, your account is downgraded to the free plan limits until payment is resolved.

Is there an annual billing discount?

Annual pricing is available on paid plans and offers a meaningful discount over paying monthly. The savings are shown on each plan when annual pricing is configured.

Do you offer MSP or white-label options?
